This year, we wanted to start off living a healthy lifestyle. Our focus is to eat clean and exercise more often. While we don't eat horribly, we are by no means as healthy as we should be. This year you can follow us on our journey to finding health. We will document our recipes, exercises and weight loss in hopes that you will be inspired!
This morning, I woke up and made these delicious, flourless banana pancakes. You only need 2 ingredients to make these!
• 3 bananas
• 3 eggs
1. Mix your ingredients together in blender or food processor until smooth.
2. Heat up your frying pan on medium/low and don't forget to grease the pan before you start cooking!
3. Pour your 'batter' in the pan and start cooking just like you would cook normal pancakes.
NOTE: These may take a little longer to cook than regular, flour pancakes. These are also more spongy, but you can add oats or ground flax seeds to make the texture more like regular pancakes.
